10 Mantras For The New Year

And while resolutions can help us figure out a plan for the coming months, there’s another way to approach the whole, “what I’m going to promise to do this year” thing.

 

Instead of making resolutions, try committing to a few mantras. Craft a phrase or quote that’ll put you in a positive mindset.

 

Mantras can help focus your attitude and promote mental health. Cbus Chic chatted with personal fitness trainer and yoga instructor Krista Rose about mantras and positive affirmations for the New Year. See what Rose has to say below. And as a bonus, she provided us with 10 Great Mantras for the New Year.
