B/ROSE

Hair stylists a B/ROSE want to do more than just help you look and feel good – they want to change the world along the way.

“We believe in kindness, creativity, and community,” explains Founders Andi Silhanek and Rebekah Keller. “It is important to us to empower women, improve the community and environment, and spread confidence to our staff and guests.”

The inspiration behind B/ROSE is about creating an environment that encourages growth and a fulfilling career. “We love the boutique feel of a small environment that is unique, inspiring, and comfortable,” says Silhanek. “We love to constantly push the envelope and try new things to enhance the customer experience.”

B/ROSE has been around for 8 years and has created a team and culture that others love.

The salon specializes in hair color, cutting, and styling. “We are passionate about our craft and strive to elevate our profession,” says Keller.

There are many things that make B/ROSE unique, including its intimate environment that is also shared with two other female businesses.

“While you are in you can look at fashion at Birch or receive a skin treatment at Oasis,” says Silhanek. “We serve locally roasted coffee, have a very bright and modern space, and are at the top of our game.”

Keller says that other things that make B/ROSE stand out in its industry is that services are booked by time, multiple price points are offered, there is no front desk, there is no gratuity, they make kindness a priority, they offer mobile booking, and the salon is all about female collaboration and empowerment.

Keller says that B/ROSE is adding two new stylists starting this summer, giving more availability to the busy schedule. “We have a new scheduling app, and Oasis Skin Bar is opening in July,” she says.
