Ohio Cryo Dublin

Ohio Cryo offers cryotherapy and light therapy services for clients.

Miranda Justiniano has a degree in health management and business from The Ohio State University. She’s also the owner behind Ohio Cryo, a health and wellness center offering cryotherapy and light therapy for clients.

Justiniano says that she was inspired to open Ohio Cryo because of the holistic approach she takes to overall health and wellbeing. “Whether it’s recovery, pain relief, mental health, anti-aging, or weight management, we offer an all-natural approach to your healing process,” she says.

Known as the “Coldest in Columbus,” Ohio Cryo offers a variety of cryotherapy and light therapy services.

At Ohio Cryo, you’ll find that they offer Impact cryotherapy (the coldest cryotherapy sauna on the market), Nomatec Leg Compression Therapy to improve circulation, break down lactic acids, and remove metabolic wastes, Celluma LED light therapy used for pain management, anti-aging, and acne reduction, and Cryoskin from Paris, the newest fat destroying, skin tightening, cellulite reducing cooling technology available.

According to Justiniano, a visit to Ohio Cryo, which is located inside Salon Lofts at Sawmill and Hard roads, includes privacy and a place to relax.

Private sessions are offered 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and from 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Justiniano says that Ohio Cryo will open a new health and wellness center in Spring 2019. “Our new location will remain in Dublin, but will be a much larger, state-of-the-art facility with three additional recovery services,” she adds.
