The Yoga and Fitness Factory

The Yoga & Fitness Factory believes in providing a space for others to achieve their health and wellness goals.

At The Yoga & Fitness Factory, you’ll find a space that’s dedicated to meeting people where they are in their health and wellness journey.

“We are dedicated to finding classes, offering services, and guiding students toward a lifestyle that best serves them in their path to feeling good both emotionally and physically,” says The Yoga & Fitness Factory PR and Social Media Specialist Christen Boyles.

The inspiration for the space came from a love for people and a love of teaching. Staff is hired based on their passion for what they have to offer – whether it’s yoga, fitness, meditation, or sports performance – the team believes in offering everyone a space to participate in their own self-transformation.

Owned by Jud and Deborah Beachler, the opportunity to open a space like The Yoga & Fitness Factory came about in 2005 when Jud, a personal trainer, was looking for a place to train his clients. Boyles says that the space was a yoga studio at the time the couple purchased it, but they bought the building because Deborah loved it so much.

The two grew to love both the students and yoga as a practice, and enjoyed seeing how the business continued to grow.

“They came to see the beautiful potential for yoga and fitness to help people to connect with each other,” says Boyles. “Jud and Deborah are deeply involved in the business and believe that at the core of this community is connection with one another.”

There are a variety of yoga classes offered at The Yoga & Fitness Factory, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Flexibility, Tai Chi Yoga, Beginner’s yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Yin Yoga, warm and hot vinyasa.

There are also personal training and nutrition services available at The Yoga & Fitness Factory. There are 11 professional personal trainers who have varying degrees and certifications ranging from Exercise Science to Kinesiology as well as male and female trainers ranging in age from 26 to 62.

“We take the client from the start of their fitness journey along a carefully laid out path until they reach their fitness goals,” says Boyles. “Our nutritionist consults with clients to help them develop a personal nutrition program and keeps up with them along that path.”

Group nutrition programs are also available at The Yoga & Fitness Factory.

Boyles says that most of the studio was recently refreshed and renovated, as they’re in the process of opening The Athletic Performance Factory, a space that will focus on working with athletes and giving them a competitive edge in whatever sport they are in.

“This space is connected to our current space, and allows us room to offer even more services to our students and clients,” says Boyles. “We expect this to be up and running in the fall, so stay tuned!”

The Yoga & Fitness Factory is located in uptown Westerville at 223 E. Broadway Avenue.
