Vintage Market Days of Metro Dayton

Looking for vintage and vintage-inspired decor? Look no further than the Vintage Market Days of Metro Dayton. This upscale vintage and vintage-inspired indoor/outdoor market features original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, home decor, outdoor furnishings, furniture, season plantings, live music, and food trucks.

“Vintage Market Days events are so much more than a flea market,” says Metro Dayton Promoter Tonya Ross.

The market has even been named one of Country Living’s “7 Flea Markets & Barn Sales You Won’t Want to Miss.”

Vintage Market Days dates back to 2012, when it was launched as an indoor/outdoor Paris flea market style event in Tulsa, Oklahoma. But Ross says the Markets are more than just a sale.

“Vintage Market Days is an event with its own theme, live music, and a lot of charm,” says Ross. “Vintage Market Days events are a unique opportunity for vendors from the local region and across the United States to display their talents and passions in different venues. The Market also provides the customer with a very special shopping experience and an opportunity for Vintage Market Days to give back to the local community.”

Vintage Market Days of Metro Dayton will host its next event, “Life’s a Garden,” June 1-3 at the Green County Fairgrounds in Xenia, Ohio.

Ross says she expects to have around 100 vendors at the event, with different types of vendors including antique, vintage, furniture, art, signs, garden, boutique/upcycled clothing, jewelry, children’s vendors including an author, pottery, specialized lighting, bath/body and snack/food trucks.

According to Ross, people travel from as far as 4 hours away to attend the events and as many as 10,000 people will be there.

What makes Vintage Market Days of Metro Dayton unique from other area markets, according to Ross, is that they partner with local nonprofits that benefit from the event. She says the nonprofits the Market works with are Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Circle of Victory, both of which benefit local cancer patients and their families.
